Send us the photograph you would like painted and we will tell you how it will work as a portrait. A clear, well lit photograph gives the artist the most to work with, but we will tell you honestly if an image is going to be difficult before you commit to anything.
Who paints it
Portraits are handled by artists who specialise in portraiture rather than by whoever is free. Our artists have graduated from art colleges and the majority have more than fifteen years of professional experience. They work in premium oil paints on top quality linen canvas, the same materials used for every painting we produce.
What we paint
People, couples and families. Children. Dogs, cats and horses. Single subjects or groups. If you want several photographs combined into one painting, tell us and we will discuss what is realistic.
Size and finish
Portraits are quoted individually, because the size, the number of subjects and the level of detail all affect the work involved. You can have the finished portrait sent rolled for your own framer, stretched and ready to hang, or fully framed to your specification.
