Every painting can be sent rolled or stretched and ready to hang. Here is what each option means and how to choose.
Your painting is shipped rolled in a protective tube, ready for you to take to your own framer. This is included in the price of every painting and is the option most customers choose when they already have a frame in mind or want to match existing pieces at home.
We stretch your painting onto a wooden frame so it arrives ready to hang straight out of the box. There is no framing to arrange and nothing else to buy. The stretching service is £75 and you can select it on any painting page before adding to your basket.
Choose rolled if you want to select your own frame, if the painting is going to a framer anyway, or if you are shipping it on to someone else. Choose stretched if you want to hang it the day it arrives.
Both options are painted the same way, by the same artists, on the same materials. The difference is only in how the finished canvas reaches you.
There is a practical limit to how large a canvas can be stretched and shipped safely. We stretch canvases up to 200cm on the longest painted side, and we ship rolled canvases up to 270cm on the longest painted side.
If the size you want falls outside those limits, contact us before ordering and we will tell you what is possible for that particular painting.
Delivery is free worldwide, whether your painting is rolled or stretched.
